Hitting the Road with Roz Varon
After a 2006 breast cancer diagnosis, Roz Varon ’80 shifted her love of travel from a hobby to a priority. In 2017, she released her travel memoir, On the Road with Roz: Adventures in Travel and Life.
 
Alumnus Directing Adaptation of New York Times Bestselling Novel
George Tillman Jr. ’91, HDR ’13 will direct the upcoming movie adaptation of The Hate U Give, which follows a teen girl who witnesses a police shooting and testifies at the trial.
 
Anahid Ghorbani Wants to Show Marginalized People in a Dignified Way
2017 Dammeyer Fellow Anahid Ghorbani MFA ’17 uses photography to create visual narratives of marginalized people.
