Join us as we present the work of Columbia College Chicago’s talented LA alumni at our Columbia Alumni Filmmakers Night on April 24. Whether you’re a filmmaker, a fan, a movie buff, or just looking for a night out, this event is sure to entertain you.

Following the screening, there will be a Q&A with the filmmakers and time to socialize with fellow alumni and friends.

Last call for short film submissions! If you've created a short film within the past three years, submit it to be considered for this event. Submission deadline: March 28

The American Sign Language Department celebrates 25 years of ASL at Columbia College Chicago with an anniversary event featuring educational activities, networking opportunities, and entertainment.

On Saturday, April 28, 2018, meet with alumni and current students; department faculty and staff; and industry professionals from the ASL community. The full day of activities includes CEU earning workshops, alumni panel discussions, and industry poster sessions. An evening soiree will feature a keynote speaker, ASL improv, entertainment, food, and social networking opportunities. Featured presenters include Peter Cook, Crom Saunders, Dr. Emily Shaw, Susan Sotnick ’05, Patti Shore-Kaden, Keith Wann, and many more.
